Astra SP Blades
I have given these 3 stars, but I havent tried them yet. Let me explain, the original Astra SPs were made in Russia and they were my original go to blade. These are made in India so I dont know yet what they are like. To be fair I knew that the place of manufacture was being moved but I didnt realise unntil I received them that they were the new ones.

Overall The Best Blades
Can't say enough about these great blades. The nearest thing to a Feather blade but at a great price. They can be agressive so use in a mild razor. Brilliant value for money.

Have tried a zillion different types of blades over the last 4 years, haven't found a better blade than Astra Superior Platinum that's so well balanced between smoothness and sharpness. With the price at shaving.ie, I am not even bothered to try it for more 1-2 shaves per blade.
