Great value
Arko soap lasts absolutely ages. 3 months now and i am only about half way through. The way i use it is to apply it directly to my wet beard and then work up to a lather using a brush. It produces a thick creamy foam very quickly. Personally i like the smell. Think old style barber shop. Only slight downside is that it tends to clog the razor head a bit quicker than creams. Personally still prefer it over the likes of Prorasso though. Give it a go. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Great Soap
I decided to give this soap a try. I have always used tube based creams but I think I am going to convert strictly to soaps after using Arko. I applied it by scraping it against my beard, then working my damp brush directly on my face. The lather created is nice and thick and completely envelopes your face for a smooth shave. The scent is exactly like classic Ivory soap which has a nice, clean scent without too much perfume. Excellent soap.

Easy to use
Got this after using a Palmolive stick and it’s in another league So easy to use with my silvertip brush. Great old skool scent too. I have since moved on to Proraso and in comparison, the Arko was easier to work up a lather but it was not as creamy, more foamy to be honest. Didn't stick to my beard like the Proraso but I might still return to it!

Lathering made easy
If you get a bad lather with this you must be doing something wrong! You just need to show it a picture of a damp brush and you'll suddenly be in a cloud of sweet thick lather. The scent isn't very popular but it's a matter of opinion, personally I love it. It smells sweet, like a bag of pick 'n mix.
