The new Hydrating Pre Shave Lotion from Edwin Jagger is a great preparation product. It softens the beard and helps keep skin hydrated and irritation free during shaving. As with all Edwin Jagger shaving products this cream is made from 99.9% natural ingredients and is formulated to be kind to all skin types. Simply apply the pre shave lotion before shaving and lather as normal for a comfortable shave.
As with most EJ products, this stuff is absolutely first class. It's not as mentholated as the Proraso pre-shaves but it works much better in my opinion. It wasn't until I ran out of it that I realized how much it was improving the comfort and closeness of my shaves.
