Naniwa Specialty Stone 800

Naniwa Specialty Stones are the perfect hone for sharpening or restoring straight razors. Specialty Stones are the new improved version of Super Stone. Used in progression they can bring transform a dull blade to a smooth sharp edge. The Naniwa 800 grit Specialty Stone is a fast cutting waterstone which can be used to set a bevel, repair chips and imperfections on the cutting edge of a blade. These honing stones only need to be wet before use and do not need any pre-soaking. Japanese Naniwa's are noted for the feedback they give during the sharpening process.
