Returns Policy EU Customers
Change of mind: In line with your EU consumer rights we allow 14 days for our customers to change their mind, cancel their order and get a full refund. The 14 days starts from the date you receive your order of goods.
Returns: If a consumer changes their mind or cancels an order, they have a further 14 days from the date they cancel to send the order back to us.
Faulty Goods: If a product is deemed to be faulty upon date of receipt the customer may return the product for repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.
Exceptions: Some goods once opened may not be eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons. These include cosmetics, razor blades and razors.
Refunds: In the case of an eligible cancellation or product return refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned orders. We aim to issue refunds within 3 days.

Returns: If a product is deemed to be faulty upon receipt the customer may return the goods at their cost for repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds: In the case of an eligible product return refunds will be issued within 14 days of returned orders. We aim to issue refunds within 3 days.
