So far so good
I've used the brush about 5 times so far. It's firmer that my previous brush, I expect it may soften a little. It has shed a small number of bristles. Happy so far.

Good backbone
I have been using the brush for over a week now. It performs really well. Still shedding a few bristles but it is getting softer after each shave. A great brush at a great price!

Semogue boar brushes are great
This is my second Semogue boar brush and they are wonderful. This brush had a very light smell and was completely gone after two uses. These brushes are almost broken in when you receive them.

A very nice brush
Mine is not fully broke-in yet. The brush is very good looking with a nice feel in the hand. Makes a rich lather. I use this brush often and recommend it.

Pure bristle pleasure
An excellent brush, soft yet with plenty of backbone. It's still breaking in after about 10 latherings, but I'm very pleased with its performance. If you haven't used boar bristle before, you might think its going to be a bit hard, but this one is actually softer than a full badger brush. I use it particularly with some of the harder soap pucks, and it does the business. You will loose a few bristles initially, but nothing severe. Highly recommended.

Thank You Very Much Mr. Gomes
Totally deserves the 5 Stars I have given it. An excellent brush that creates a rich thick lather in no time at all. I'm using Taylor of Bond Street Sandalwood cream and this brush really brings it up to a fantastic lather. The handle is shaped for fine & delicate brushwork with your fingertips and the bristle quality is very good, not overly soft so as not to glide over your skin without working the hair up. Only snag is the colour but what does that matter really??? Bargain price too for this quality.

I'm slowly getting used to the brush, but so far it seems pretty darn good!

I have only Badger brushes but i wanted to try a Semogue Boar Brush. Beautiful and very sturdy brush. Very nice backbone, soft bristle and firm knot.
